Zenith Metals is an organisation built on strong fundamentals and value system. Since establishment in 2017, the moto from the offset was – Quality Trumps All!
In 2017, upon the request of a friend whose spring supplier was not proving products of acceptable quality, Zenith Metals was established.
What started with just one coiling machine and a tempering furnace, soon developed into a full fledged spring production facility.
When established, Zenith Metals had a meagre capacity of 1 million components per month. Gradual expansion has brought the manufacturing capacity to over 2 million components per day in the state-of-the-art facility in Delhi NCR. Strategically headquartered in North India, the manufacturing facility can serve all customers nationally and internationally.
Zenith Metals has a high level of backward integration, with a lot the processes that are usually outsourced performed in the company’s facilities itself.
Each employee in the company is made to understand the integral role springs play in a component. Keeping this in mind, everyone at Zenith Metals adheres to strict quality norms and procedures while processing each spring.

Milestones
2017
Established as a partnership firm with one coiling machine and one tempering furnace at a family owned facility in Delhi with an employee count of 4.
2018
Purchased land for a new facility in Delhi NCR with a vision to grow the company multifold in the coming years and to fulfil compliance needs of customers.
2019
Zenith Metals gets 3 state-of-the-art machines imported from Taiwan that are completely customised as per their needs and are first of their kind in the Indian market.
2020
Zenith Metals shifted production to the new facility with a total area of about 6,000 sq.ft. and ample room to increase shop floor size.
2021
Zenith Metals reached a daily production capacity of 1 million pieces after constant capacity increments and investment into high-precision and high-speed machines.
2022
Zenith Metals procured ISO 9001:2015 certification.
